VORM is a San Francisco and Cracow based design and technology firm, specializing in the creation of products and services in a blurring field of physical and digital world.

Today, we’ve  expanded our portfolio to include companies both large and small. Many of our  clients are disruptive, early-stage companies fundamentally changing the lives of  their customers for the better.

We are seeking an Product Designer for a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strict attention to detail. Like us, you are obsessed with beautiful things and have a curious mind ready to push boundaries.

In this position, you’ll be working closely with business development and creative leadership to identify opportunities for new program engagements and translate the client “ask” into compelling and persuasive proposals. Your work will be both strategic and creative; you will help define a clear value proposition for our creative work and express that value in a range of communications with clients. You will be partnered with a set of business development and creative directors for both sets of activities. In addition to new client relationships, you’ll be responsible for a set of sales operations processes, helping ensure VORMs  business development process is smooth.

Contribution:

 

Your contribution to VORM is building the relationships with clients that help us do our best work. Your craft is deeply getting to know potential clients and their needs. You will need to have a passion for researching your prospects, and then shaping the fit between VORM and the client. You are representing VORM in the earliest stages of new client relationships; being a natural storyteller about the client/prospect, vorm and our work is super important.

You Are:

 

A high energy, positive, can-do person

At least 1 year of sales experience

A strong communicator; you can absorb and retell the narrative of clients from their public information, the narrative of VORM and our work across different clients

Have a passion for design, technology and the humanities

foundational visual skills and experience working in Keynote, Powerpoint

Experienced in customer relationship management tools eg. Pipedrive, Hubspot crm
